PSPT trains professional speedway star Olly Allen
Professional Speedway racer Olly Allen joins team with Paul at PSPT. Paul has been working with Olly to get him geared up and ready for his new season with Ipswich speedway team. Olly will also be trialing for the UK team so fitness and nutrition could not be more important. Paul says... Olly has been working really hard over the last few months and improvements have been easy to see, his fitness levels have increased along with his recovery time and stamina. pauls work has been mainly focussed on interval training with bouts of boxing to sharpen his senses and alert time. PSPT wishes Olly the very best for all the season!
